Johnny Sundberg

Born and raised in New Hampshire, I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do after high school, but I knew college wasn’t the path for me. At 23, I walked into my first barbershop, and after a conversation with my barber about the industry, I decided to look into barber school—and the rest is history. Right out of school, a friend and I started our own barbershop in New Hampshire. Now, with over a decade of experience, I can say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

In 2017, I moved to Nashville, and in 2020, I found my home at Barbour 3. I wouldn’t trade the experiences or the relationships I’ve built with my clients for anything. After being in this industry for so long, I realize it’s more than just a haircut—it’s about sharing life together and creating a genuine community.

Outside of barbering, I’ve spent my life snowboarding and playing drums for over 25 years
