FAqs

  • Yes! However, appointments are strongly recommended due to our high volume of clients, so we cannot always guarantee walk-in availability. If you need a specific day or time give us a call and we’ll be happy to schedule you an appointment!

  • Yes! When you are scheduling an appointment, you are able to select a specific barber.

  • We have a few parking spots directly in front of our shop on Franklin Road. We have much more parking available behind our building that is also accessible from Pewitt Drive. Please give us a call if you have any questions!

  • Yes! We offer kids cuts for children 9 years and younger. Make sure to click Kids Cut when you are scheduling an appointment.

  • We sure do! We sell Reuzel, Chattanooga Beard Co., Uppercut, and R + Co.

    If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule at a future date and you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service(s) you were scheduled for that day.

  • Our barbers schedule most cuts for 30 minutes and a beard trim or shave with a cut is about 45 minutes. Timing will depend on the individual and requested service.

  • We offer a 20% discount to any active duty or retired military, paramedic, police, and fire personnel.

Barbershop Policies

Cancellation Policy

We want to give every guest the time and attention that you deserve for your service. We understand that sometimes circumstances arise and you need to make adjustments to your plans. 

As with most service-oriented professions, last minute cancellations create an immediate loss of income for the barber. In an effort to protect our team's income, we require a credit card to make a reservation online. 
If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations without 24 hour notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled services. No-shows or same day cancellations will result in a 100% charge of scheduled services.

Late policy

Re-do policy

We want each of our guests to feel confident at the end of their appointment. If you are dissatisfied with your service please contact us within 7 days. We are more than happy to get you back into the shop as soon as possible to adjust any color or cut.
